we have already reserved a block of 40 rooms for a discounted rate for our group. we have just one more detail to work on and then we will be announcing all the specifics

the normal price for the rooms is $189 + $10 for each person over 2 per room, so we got a pretty good discount at $149 and not extra person charge.
