    do we have a hotel?
    what are the dates of trip?
    will there be a raffle?

    The event is already scheduled to happen in July.. Here is what I picked up off of the events calendar. I am unsure about hotel, food etc as our Events Coordinator is currently working in Hawaii. I am sure she will be informing us just as soon as she returns.

    July Meeting
    Port Aransas Collection Trip
    Fri-Sun July 23-25, 2010
    TBA... need topic and speaker!

    Hey guys,

    We're definitely having the port a trip for '10... even if I have to pile all you guys into a tent there on the beach! I have one of those new fangled tents with a zipper.

    As soon as Kristy gets back we are going to get hot and heavy on the details and will post accordingly. If for no other reason than I need a few peppermint shrimps.
