Not sure if I mentioned that before but I especially liked it that when I asked something and the person didn't know the answer she didn't just BS me and instead looked it up with me in a reference book.
I don't expect LFS employees to know everything and it's great when someone can say :"hey I have no idea but I have some tools that can help us find an answer for this."

I'd never been to your store until the meeting last month. Pretty impressive fish room. Didn't make it too far outside of the saltwater side, but I can assume the rest of the store is just as nice.

I love that you guys are a family owned store. My sister and I work for my Mom's company, so I can totally appreciate meeting you, your Dad, and sis. We've got friends that live in Shertz, so now I have an excuse to stop by your store every time we go to their house.

Universal City. Very petite young woman with long brown hair in the fish department. I haven't seen her in awhile though!
