Thanks guys. Tank is doing well. Trying to resist any new purchases and overcrowding things. Kevin, have to say I like the halides better. I think you can get equivalent color and growth with T5s, but things seem to look a lot more alive with the shimmer and motion from the halides. Heat will be an issue this summer, unless I keep the house A/C at 72. Might be looking for a chiller! Have had a few tribulations...my juvi emperor has eaten most of my zoas ( great fish though and think it was worth it), and my BTA moved and wiped out most of a nice orange cap colony. Will try to post some current pics over the next few days. Thinking of adding some new fish soon. I need some red so maybe a flame angel or a few flasher wrasses.

2x 250w radiums on HQI ballasts with 2x T5 UVL super actinics
40g sump/fuge, Mag 9.5 return pump, "Herbie" overflow
    BRS dual carbon/GFO reactor
    Kalk drip with Kents aquadoser
BRS 2 part Ca/Alk and Mag: currently dosing manually, but hope to get some dosing pumps soon
3-4 drops of Kent Lugols once a week, but don't dose anything else for corals except fish food
Vortech MP 40 and Koralia 4 and 1 for flow
Wow, looks good!! Any hits on how much the DSA tank was?
