    how many gallons does the skimmer do. or is it not like filters? I dont really know what its used for but I was told I need to get one. I have a 40 gallon tank. Will this work for my tank? If so I will take it if its not already spoken for. sorry im new to this.

    I thank it is rated for 75gallons. I had it running on my 55 with a 15 gallon wet dry and it worked great. I will be happy to run you through set up and its operation.     Does the Odyssea pumps come with a valve for limiting the water output, and what size is the output if you know?

    Yes I do have the attachment for limiting water flow never used it so not sure how it works. I believe its 3/4"
