"A Taste of the North Side" ... fiesta...event....

My wife and I went last night. We really had a great time. If you have never been, I recommend checking it out next year.

Was that what was going on at Sonterra?

^Yes... it was in that gated community off Sonterra and Stone Oak and stretched into the golf course. We were headed out to dinner and saw all the charter buses and had no idea what was up. We thought it was the parade of homes or one of those types of events...so we googled it from the phone and found out. We then called up the grandma to see if the boys could spend some quality time with her and within an hour we were part of the event....lol.

Next time I would even consider bringing the boys. Didn't have to worry about all the punks and gangstahs found at most of the other fiesta events. We went to the Strawberry Festival a couple of weeks ago and it was a lot of fun too...but the crowd was a little rough.

Anyways...we'll be going to this one again. With admission you get plenty of drink tickets and food tickets. The food was great!

MAN! Next time I'm calling you. We were walking around and we both said we wish we would have invited another couple to walk around aimlessly with us...loL! Guess we are "on" for next year then. lol.

Dude...we never know about anything until it's happening. We have learned to be very spontaneous because of this.
