Gizmodo paid 10,000 for that phone. I would have charged much, much more! They probably made that 10k back in advertising from their site just from that article!

Yea I read this last night! I think this is a Viral style stunt. Like they said if you are going to leave a piece of equipment like that behind that is the place to do it. It is a leak into the public to raise anticipation for the iPhone...

How much money could the "finder" have made by selling it to some Chinese corporation? Then "Eye-phones" would be $15 at the flea market! Get them right next to the people selling the pit bull puppies and the other people selling turkey legs out of a trailer.
