Emperor Angel (juvi) = zoanthid lawnmower. He started out with the brightest, most expensive ones, now moving down the chain. Also tasted a few chunks of lobophyllia. SPS and a few other LPS have been fine. New the fish was a risk, but think it was worth it. The guy is a stud and should be interesting to watch change into adult colors.

oh, just thought of this one... a long time ago, i got three stripe humbug damsels (yes, i actually wanted them in the tank and it wasnt to cycle it ). as they grew up, they started to claim territories in big sps colonies. soon, those colonies had bare spots even tho they were still growing and healthy. took me a while to figure out that those damsels were actually picking at the corals. you have no idea how long it took to tear down a 240 gallon tank that was PACKED with live rock and sps to get those 12 devil fish out!

I had a yellow clown goby for a long time. It lived among digitata branches and never bothered it. So I thought a millepora would be safe too. Wrong! Immediately began chewing all the nubs off so he could have a smooth, soft place to lay his tender bottom. Gave him to my girlfriend for safe keeping..... which turned out to be a bad idea.

Great fish, tons of personality as long as you don't keep any SPS other than montiporas.

    Marshall Islands Flame Angel.
When I had the 45, it punked out and scared into dying 4 (total) Helifrichi Firefish. By the time I figured out it was him, I had 1 left...
It never touched the blue mille that was in there for like 6 months, so I added more SPS. THEN IT ATE ALL OF THE STUFF I PUT IN.
