Well, it was a few days ago now, but did anyone manage to get a BoC from the April Fools Day woot?

Any of you who missed it, you missed out on one of the most fun, frantic 40 minutes I've ever spent on the web -- they archived it in all its (now unpurchasable) glory here:

If you remember those old 'Choose Your Own Adventure' books, they did that idea... but with Woot items! There were about 40 different items in the maze, including Woot! lights with a coupon for a shirt, glow-in-the-dark Woot! monkeys, and a cleverly hidden bag of crap

Several coworkers and I spent a bit over a half hour making our own simple mapping of paths, and all managed to get bags of crap, monkeys and woot lights

I did get a BoC - but it hasn't arrived yet.

Believe it or not, I didn't do anything to get it. My Wootalyzer automatically popped it up, and it takes me directly to "checkout". So, I bought one. I know, not really fair, but it wasn't until I checked out that I realized there was an Adventure involved.

Thats why I don't like the wootalyzers for the known BoC days -- xmas and april 1 -- takes out some of the fun. I'm still cursing that I didn't find the code for last years April 1, myself and another coworker were totally ready to attempt to charge a million bucks on our cards for the BoC

The adventure really made the whole thing for me -- the coworkers and I were all sharing combos that we had found via instant messaging, until we had found all the good stuff
