There's a link on the front page, but it cycles through so it's easy to miss. Somethine we are working on updating.

The program itself is pretty simple. Spend $150 or more on qualifying livestock, and earn $25 in free additional livestock. Spend $250, get $50. Spend $350 or more, get $75.
