Well the tank seems to be running fine, everyone and everything happy!!

Just an odd observation, that there's no coralline algae growth at all. Outside of what was there before the sump and rearrangement 2 months back.

440 calc.........kh @ 180 if that matters....

Definately seems off doesn't it?! It doesn't sound like you have anything munching down on it since you still have all your old growth. Maybe lower nutrient levels since adding the sump?
