    Default Special thanks to Aquarium Masters

    I would like to thank Eric, at Aquarium Masters, for coming in 1 1/2 hr early to help me out. I am in the military and I had a fish shipment come in leaking water and he saved the day!!!!

    Story:

    I got called out on duty for the day and would be unable to be at my house for delivery. These fish were from my old tank old in North Carolina, housed at a fish store up there.

    I had arrange with UPS to house my fish at the counter until I could come up there and pick them up later in the afternoon. UPS called me on my cell to tell me that my box was leaking water.

    Oh, sh..!!! I called a couple of places in Corpus Christi, and was unable to get a hold of Eric first, but being in panic mode I called Tropic Fish Heaven (see other post). They declined to help me out!!!

    Thank God, Eric / wife returned my called before they opened. Explained what happened and he said that "he would be glad to help out".

    This is customer service beyond the call. My fish were fine and swimming in my tank now.

    We didn't invent customer service, but it's good to know there are folks out there who are making it better.
