Based on their size, I'd use a cooler or coolers. Take an additional cooler with ziplocks of HOT tank water, and a thermometer. If it cools down, throw in a ziplock to warm it up. Using tank water eliminates the concern about holed bags.

I know this has prolly already been done. Here is my idea: use a large ice chest and a inverter for your car. Plug in a heater to the inverter and maybe an air pump.
