How much room is between the rock wall and the bottom of the slide? You might want to add some sand or remove the rocks. Don't mean to be negative but my company preaches safety, safety and what if to us all the time. Hopefully it is just the angle of the picture?

I don't want to be negative either but on a safety note. When I was growing up we had a swing/fort installed. The bolts were countersunk in the wood so we would hurt our self. I noticed yours are not. I think you could put some silicone or something along those lines over the bolts so the little guy doest scrap his arms or worse.
