White spot on each of tangs fin
Well I bought a yellow eye kole tang from gabes a week ago that had a mild case of ich. I cured that but two spots remain that are difinately not ich. I used quick cure to get rid of the ich and maracyn as I thought it might be a fungus of some sort. Any other options I should try? I'm sure he's getting tired of my hospital tank. The spots are maybe 1/16th of an inch and whiteish transparent looking. It looks to have slowly receeded earlier but recently hasn't made progress.

That happens on my fish from time to time, especially on my butterfly fish. It does not seem to have any ill effects.

Ok that's reassuring. I searched for it online but everything is about ich. I'm gonna do 3 more days of quick cure and see how it reacts.

I think its just like a minor irritation that can accompany stress, like a rash or something. I have seen it on the majority of my fish that have clear fin tissue at various times in their keeping.
