That is what this thread was about. The improvements this shop has made.
Wow. Six months since your original post of:

"Alamo Aquatics is back on my list of LFS's that I would reccommend. The owner is very involved with everything going on in his shop and he has a high interest in stocking Reef related livestock. So if you stopped shopping there a while back like I did things are changing and it's worth your time to pay them a visit again."

and you have not been back since? Have to wonder what kind of impression was really left on you.

I stop in every weekend and to be honest since Jason left the salt selection has never been the same. The customer service not what it was since Gabe went out on his own. Eddie is there daily now and I recognize that but there is still much more to do to get back where they were.

That's just my opinion. And we all know what everyone says about opinions.

Wow, yes, I have not been back. I do not shop on that side of town very often. I use to all the time when I lived on that side of town. I originally stopped shopping at AA because the customer service was poor and the selection was poor. I finally went in because I heard it was under new management and I wanted to see how things were going. I was impressed so I posted here.

    What's so hard about that?

If the shop is not as I posted, then maybe this thread should have died a long time ago. The topic was "Looking Good". If it's "Looking bad" then stop posting here. As you have pointed out "I have not been back in 6 months", so naturally my opinion may not matter any longer.

Further more, this thread is on Alamo Aquatics sponsor page. This is not an appropriate place for any of you to give negative feedback on a "positive feedback" thread. You can contact them privately if you have a customer complaint or go to the "Vendor Experience" forum.

Yeah agree with Mr Cob. That comment was a bit mean towards Mr Cob. You could have posted something negative on the store not someone else's (positive) comment like mentioned above.

I personally dig the place. In my city, I only have a Petco to go for saltwater fish so I'm extremely grateful AA exists. And I love their low priced coral!!

    Thanks.

Yep, their prices are hard to beat. If there is one thing that remains constant with AA, it's the prices. They have always been low when compared to other stores.

If it's not appropriate for negative feedback what makes it so for positive? I posted my opinion as have you and others. If you have a customer compliment go to the "Vendor Experience" forum. There's nothing hard about it.

This is my thread for this vendor and it's a positive feedback that I wanted to give them. Your negative feedback is off topic.

Any further off topic posts will be deleted.
