Take that colony out asap so the nudis don't spread to other zoa colonies. Fresh water dips do a good job of getting the nudis to drop off. Carefully examine the zoa colony for eggs. Carefully scrape them off and use an iodine base dipping solution to wash off the colony. I'd then put the colony in a QT and observe. The chance that you completely removed/killed every egg is slim. The good thing though is that since they're QT'd, when the eggs hatch you can remove the new nudis before they are mature enough to lay eggs. Simply repeat the aforementioned process, QT again, and if all looks well, put the colony back in the show tank.
I learned this lesson the hard way. Nudis infested my tank about a year ago an it took a long time to completely erradicate them. If I had known better, I would have done as I suggested and nipped the problem in the bud instead of dragging my feet and letting them reproduce. They can really put a hurting on your zoas. When they're small, they're pretty hard to see. They change to the color of the zoa they're eating. Keep an eye on all colonies. If the zoas are closed up, suspect that they're being irritated by nudis and treat as I mentioned before.
