Tunze 9010 Skimmer

I just upgraded my skimmer, The Tunze 9010 is awesome with a small foot print, I used this on my 92 gallon and then on my 180 just had to wait to find the right skimmer for my new tank. Less than 6 months old still under warranty comes with all papers and original box. All cleaned and ready to go! Paid close to $400 at Aquateck.

Hey Danny,

I PM'ed you on this skimmer on ReefCentral.com, and then I thought I was sure to find you on our beloved MAAST! Do you still have this skimmer available?

I have setup a 40Gal Cube (see photo album) with about a 24Gal Refugium made by ACE, it has about 50 lbs of LR and LS bed, I purchased a Reef Octopus 110 only to find out I was short about 1/2" as skimmer area in sump was too narrow...I have been looking at Tunze 9005, but I have heard that bigger is always better in regards to skimmers in reef tanks, is a 9010 too much for my tank? I have plenty of cabinet height at about 24-26", I would love to hear your thoughts. I will also check with some of my resources tomorrow, but I could meet you ASAP to pick up, I will be in San Antonio on Wed and Thurs!
