MAAST Monthly Meetings

Hey all,

Can you please help me try to resolve a scheduling issue we are having on ARC? As a new "active" member to both clubs, I have the same feeling as many "crossovers" do as to not schedule both club meetings on the same day. It personally exhausted me last month. I can not run all day like I did. I want for sure to try not to miss either meeting as I have a passion for this hobby that just won't quit, and I thoroughly enjoy the folks in both clubs. So there is a deadline post on ARC to try and have scheduled meetings each month. Does MAAST have scheduled meetings or are they on a month-to-month decision? Maybe I can try to help....

Laura, I actually have all meetings posted for the rest of the year, in the MAAST Announcements forum, listed as 2009 Official Meetings Thread. They have been listed there for a couple of months. I would like to try to host on a specific Saturday/Sunday, but I am also at the hand/mercy of the host and or venue. We receive the use of the Bass Pro Shop Conference Room for free, and I try to schedule with them months out. The only other factor added in is Holidays for scheduling.
I am still confirming a few dates as additional meetings. I have also seen that there is a new acting Meetings Person on ARC, hopefully we can work together, for the betterment of both organizations.
