APRIL 26, 2009 BOD MEETING MINUTES

I. Newsletter Name: To make a discussion in Directors Discussion Forum to get a decision on getting the name of the newsletter fixed and taken care of.

II. Moderator/BOD Responsibilities: Discussion as to make one (1) BOD to overlook instead of all BOD's - motion made, motion 2nd - all in favor

III. Post Counts / Additional: 150 - motion carries

IV. Active Membership Numbers: Memberships 2 yrs old and beyond to delete accounts - motion carries

V. Open BOD Minutes: To have "open" BOD Meetings for members to attend possibly 1 hr before meetings - once quarterly - motion carries

VI. Robert's Rule of Order: BOD needs to focus on working together - Steve will post the "Robert's Rule of Order" online for BOD to read

VII. Team / Leadership: All BOD need to be on same page - work together

VIII. Upcoming Events & Meetings:

a. May 17th (Sunday) @ Jennifer's (Princer7) in Austin on Reef Photography

b. June 7th (Sunday) @ Bass Pro Shop - San Antonio - SoLiD on Port A collection data

c. June 20th (Saturday) @ San Marcos Dunbar Room - $10 PER table - motion carries

d. Reminder to make reservations for Port A Trip in July

IX. TMAC Summary: Drop MACNA Forum and replace AS TMAC Forum - to date have received majority positive feedback - will build on improvements and experience for next year
