Barry, I just picked up a new Maxima clam and wondered if I should start it on the bottom of the tank or place directly on the rocks. I have a 210 gallon reef with (4) 250 watt halides running Reeflux 12,000K bulbs with LumenBright reflectors. Here is a picture of the new clam. Any suggestions for its care is greatly appreciated. It is currently 2.5"
