Reefing is just like cooking, all the ingredients have to be just right , except you don't have to bring the water to a BOIL...

I bought it used (4-5mos old) from a fixture but i never uesed that bulb. It is a 10k not 14k . Can't find the name brand so you can have it for free if you want.
