one of the chillers i have was having a temp. issue ( wouldn't come on when it should have been ) turns out the default settings were messed with some how ( aka our kid more then likely)

i called them up got transferred to kyle and he walked me through every thing and bam the chiller is working great


well i just wanted to let every one know they have great customer service
