Default sad to let it go...

well, as most of you know I got rid of all my livestock from rocks to fish to coral!!! Not sure where i am going from here but it was a little sad seeing it all go. It finally sunk in when the last of it went today...so I am left to ponder...what next? any ideas?

Not to dig but... I think most of us have been wondering why you have sold off most of your equipment and livestock. It is hard for us to offer a direction for you to go in knowing so little about your situation.

Regardless of your situation, a nano always fills those little spaces. I love nanos. You should get one!

With the money you'll be saving, you should take a trip - go to the beach, scuba, snorkel...
The reason I have a tank is that I cannot have the real thing at my fingertips... just a thought

Take up fishing, or come buy up all my stuff so I can go fishing.

Take up booze and loose women. It's cheaper.

OK, that's a different story. If I would start over, I would definitely go with a rimless cube - if you have ever seen Invincibles369(?) tank, you'll know what I mean... at least a 150g - the aquascaping possibilities are awesome.

I go from a 500g+ systems the first 1/2 of this decade down to a 30g simple cube tank right now. I will start a 240 g tank in the future with enough room in the fish room for lots of refugium, sump and smaller tank that share the same sump. You will start again and it will get bigger.
Here is my 30 g tank

You can always come back bigger and stronger ,but for now you don't have to worry about PH swing, temp swing, high nitrate,STN,RTN, hair algea, heater acting funny, ich, skimmer going crazy, some mean hichiker,ATO won't shut off, and last but not least it's 3AM and what is that noise i just heard under the stand..etc..

Reefing is just like cooking, all the ingredients have to be just right , except you don't have to bring the water to a BOIL...
