    These damsels are blue and red when they are small (.5-.75 inches) dull brown as an adult.

    Thanks man. Someone on ReefCentral id'ed them for me earlier. Then I looked them up on google. they reproduce fast! I decided not to use them since I don't have a tank sized lawnmower to keep them down.
