Good Place To Get Some Acrylic Glue (Weld On)
Where is a good place either online or local to San Antonio to get some Acrylic glue. I assume weld on and which is better #16 or ?? Any recommendations would be appreciated. I want to make some modifications to my sump which is made out of 3/8 acrylic.
Thanks.

I go to Regal Plastics off of Eisenhower Rd I think is where it is. They have both the real thin water type stuff and the thicker that I've used for touch ups.

You can get Weld On 3 and 4 at Regal, which is the liquid type. I believe 3 is the faster setting type. You can also get the applicators there as well. They also carry the Weld On 16 which has the consistancy of a gel. Works good for 'calking' the seams.
As far as I remember, if you need Weld On #40 you will have to order it online. #40 is the 2 part style which the best for structural repairs where your not doing simple seams. www.craftics.com should sell it. #40 does have a shelf life though, so that is why some local vendors do not carry.

For online, check out www.craftics.com , I used to order stuff from them back when I was building things for my tanks.
