icecap ballasts harnesses the same?

I have a couple of questions for you icecap owners. I came into a couple of 660-009's and a single 430 ballast, but they didnt come with wiring harnesses, both for for florescent bulbs.
Q1. do the 430 and 660's take the same wiring harness?
Q2. both models have a 15 or 16 pin connector on one end and a 4 pin connector on the other end of the ballast. Where does the power get connected, is it part of the 15 or 16 pin connector or is there a seperate harness for the 4 pin connector?

The main power, if I remember, is part of the main harness. The 4 pin harness is for a IceCap dimmer only.
