need acrylic repair done
Hey all. I need a sump repaired on my tank here in San Marcos. Really I'm closer to Wimberley. It has 4-5 cracks that started at the outlet to the return pump. They are creaping salt but no real leak " YET " .. So I need someone that can fix it under the stand. It is an easy area to get to. MAybe just add another peice of acrylic over the bad area and add some glue to the cracks. So if you can help me, please let me know. There is $$$ and maybe some frags in it for ya.

Tried that. I think it's too hard for him to find time to come and fix it. I hope I am trying the right Ace. Hobogato right? Or did he change his screen name to Ace now?

You could try to just get some acrylic glue and run it along the cracks and it should suck right in and repair them. Weldon 3 is the water thin stuff and you just put it onto the crack using the applicator and you're done. This is if the crack has not separated otherwise you may need to clamp it together then put the glue on.

Ace replied back and should be helping me out soon. I've tried some of this work myself and it just doesnt ever work. I'll leave it to the pros.
