    they can be shrimp eaters, but other than that, no issues.

    I had one for 5 years. Only came out when the actinics were on if you hid under a blanket and the room was dark. he would come out, make a kill, then glide back into the rocks.he moved like smoke. pretty cool. down side; never saw it during the day. ate my fire and cleaner shrimp. All the small fish I introduced would disappear? may or may not have been the betta.

    ace has my old betta which i kept in a seahorse tank for about six months before i put him my reef tank. i thought he died because i didn't see him for close to six months but he was still there comming out occasionly to eat. the way ace's tank is aquascaped is perfect for viewing the betta.
