looks like worm poop. Seriously.
Some kind of boring animal has left their "deposits" on your coral. I usually find this kind of thing in piles at the base of my LR where the current isn't as strong.

well, if it moves on its own, then I don't know what it is. Either way, blast it off of there with a baster if you haven't already.
