I called TW a year ago and threatened to switch to Dish. They lowered my bill by about $50 for a year. Call and ask to speak to a supervisor or the retention dept.

I called TW a year ago and threatened to switch to Dish. They lowered my bill by about $50 for a year. Call and ask to speak to a supervisor or the retention dept.

Actually, I received calls from TW for months after I cancelled, trying to retain my services (I guess they liked my $193 per month payments...but I didn't). And yeah, most companies will have complainers (not unlike this website), so that didn't worry too much. Just wanted to get an overall feel from people I trust, before I sign a 2 year contract. I really, really appreciate all the comments and advice.
