Cool.. I've never dove TX coast, and worry about bad visibility and bull/other sharks along the inlets. Where exactly is he planning to go down? I'm supposed to hit a rig with a buddy in Sept...

Wouldn't even try it this weekend. Still a little rough, and pretty murky. If yall came down last weekend, it would of been supper clear.

We were afraid it might still be rough. My 3 boys have gone down at the jetties and shore dived out past the jetties. Visibility was limited, but they ran into schools of curious Spanish Mackerel that swarmed them. It made for a cool dive. Two of the boys are tied up this week-end, so the other will have to skip diving this trip.
