Hard water stains???

Does anyone know how to get rid of hard water stains off the tank? I have tried scrapping with razor blade, tried muriatic acid. Thanks in Advance. - E!

i dilute it in water probly 3:1 or so

let it soak overnight

I use straight white vinegar that I put in a spray bottle. When I put water with it..it doesn't work nearly as well. If you are cleaning a tank that has water in it..spray the vinegar on the paper towel first and then dry with a separate paper towel.

You can get pickeling vinegar at HEB. It has a blue label and is stronger than the regular vinegar (in the green label).
