Default first time ordering corals online

Ok, so I know they're well known, not maast sponsors, and previous threads have praised them before; But, I had to chime in w/my first experience using liveaquaria.com. Here's what impressed me about their service:

    1) A rep called me yesterday to inform me that the Miami Blue Orchid frag was damaged and did not ship. They credited the $$ back to my account. They could have just sent it anyways and made me pay the return shipping to get a credit, but they took the time to save me the trouble.

    2) Fast service. Ordered Monday night, they processed Tues, and Fedex showed up by 230pm today (Wed).

    3) Healthy stock. Both frags were extending polyps within 2 hours of acclimation. Nice size too. Both frags were aprox 2" each.

I was really bummed about not receiving the Blue Orchid, but I would recommend this company to anyone that asks.

I've been happy with my orders from them as well. They do an awesome packing job. I've never had fish sent in so much water before! 0_0

I'm an online ordering junkie, I should probably add other vendors I've ordered from.

You're right about the junkie thing. I was back on their site looking at my next order within minutes of receiving this one.
