    Default testers?

    just wondering what testers i should i have in a reef aquarium. i only have ph/ammonia/nitire/nitrate. what are other important ones that i need?

    Definitely get the Alk, Calcium, and phosphate test kits. To a lesser extent, you'll also want a magnesium kit, but I'd try and get the Alk, Ca, and Phos kits first.

    Once everything's stabilized, then you'll only need to test; PH, Alk, Calcium, Phos, Nitrate, and maybe Magnesium.
    Seachem kits are pretty reasonably priced and fairly accurate.

    If fish only the only other one need is Phosphate. Coral, then Calcium & KH. Magnesium optional deneding on water changes and additives that are used.

    thanks guys, i 4got some though, i have phospate and calcium, so i gota get alk. ok.
