    Default sunpaq?

i have used corralife 21 inch 65 watt 10k COMPACT FLOURECENTS for about 8 months now. and when my ballast blew it ruined 4 of my brand new bulbs. anyways i told the people who made the lighting fixture and they said they would send me new lights. so they did. but instead of corralife they sent me sunpaq actinic and daylights. they are the same watt. but my corralife actinic gives purple light, these sunpaq actinincs give blue light. do any of yall use this brand and can tell me if it good, and should i use the blue or purple lighting? it says that the sunpaq gives 3 times as much output as other compact flourecents... and idk it might just be me but they sunpaq daylights do look a little brighter.

I don't know which would be "better" between the blue or purple acintics, but I can tell you the difference is the "rating" on the bulb. The purple is 420 NM and the blue is 460 NM.

I have a Current-USA light fixture with SunPaq bulbs that came with my tank and I like it well enough. For more info on SunPaq bulbs check out Current's site: http://www.current-usa.com/sunpaq.html
