like title says i have a brand new 14 gallon biocube forsale, comes with top but needs the ballast for the power compacts ,does have the leds and the power to them only need the ballast to power both power compacts, new asking $75.00 for it i will throw in all the sand needed to run this aquarium!! thanks all
