Dewd, Mike I was seriously digging your ideas on that tank. You need to keep on keeping on. It's easy to become discouraged on a dream until you see it through to completion, don't give up!
I have PS for you, we just gotta connect.

LOL. I invested about $10K in procuring a 400g tank and all accessories. I bought a house to put the tank in. I moved 30 miles from my favorite hang outs to afford the house to put the tank in and you say "downsize". Hex I haven't even set up the tank to downsize from.

I look back at pics of what the 75 used to look like a year ago and have definitely come to the conclusion that I won't be throwing money into the hobby like I used to. Maybe that's what I enjoyed the most, being social, buying stuff, and seeing it all come together. Now it's a bland $5K hole sucking electricity out of the wall. The only hole I care to drop into nowadays is the one behind Rio Vista Dam in Sandy Marcos.

BTW I'm not selling anything at all, especially not parting anything out. My point was that if you want a complete turnkey, high end 75g or 400g system that now may be your chance to make an offer. You tell me you want to hand me the keys to a blue Smart Car, Mini Cooper, or possibly a Scion XB, or yet other such things as giant tortoises, welders, ultra high end bicycles/parts, or cash.... You might find yourself loading up some neat things to put in your garage. Most of the gear I have around is nicer than any shop you frequent uses on their own tanks, even the tools to pick up and move such devices. It's kind of a make an offer on everything for one system or don't make an offer for individual pieces. If I'm bored looking at everything to complete a system, think of how much I'd hate looking at half of a complete system in 6 months...
