Hay bale structures produce buildings with beautiful deep windows and rounded corners that people pay a lot of money for in a stick-built home. The moisture is definitely an issue for this part of the country.

The geothermal is awesome. Works fabulously. My parents used it in their home in the hill country. It has a surprising ability to heat water. For things like this the city/county/utility company often gives rebates for using them.

I work for an architect, so hopefully i can get some building codes, and other information on green houses easily.
