29 g tank, metal stand, bulb and sump (lowered again)

what are the measurements of the stand. How tall? And what is the ft print of the top? If its 30"x12" I i will take it for $20 if the height is right. Need it for a sump.

The stand is 30x12.5 and its about 27.5 inches high.
