    Default Help with car stereo?

Well as I posted in another thread it hit me. Does anyone here know how to get a kenwood head unit unlocked? I no longer have the security code for it because I forgot it. Can one of the stereo shops here in SA get it unlocked?

This is what happened. A few weeks ago in the middle of the night my horn on my truck just started going off. Not thinking it was my truck my wife as well as others call the cops and complain about the noise being it is 12:00am. Then when I get up to go to work at 3:30am I go out to my truck to find that my remote for my doors doesn't work, which is not that unusual since my battery is old in it and it does not work some times. So I unlock the door with the key and get in. While I am sticking the key into the ignition and try to start my truck that is when I notice a business card sticking out of my dash steering wheel. It is a cops card and on the back it says I opened your truck to disconnect your battery because your horn was going off. Well in doing so that cut the power to my head unit which locks it up so if it is stolen it is useless.

And now it is useless to me since it has been two years and I have been deployed to the desart.

No That is not the end of the story.
Though not a professional diagnosis but from what I can tell the cause of my horn going off, I think was a bad relay. With the horn disconnected and the truck sitting for a few hours, I pulled the horn relay out to find that it was burning hot.

So a few nights go by with no problems. Then one morning I go to my truck to find a note on my windshield, written on a paper towel, saying if I do not turn my alarm off my vehicle will be towed. So now my alarm is going off just when ever it wants. Also found out that I have two horns???? Don't really now about this one. But later, on that day after getting off work, I notice that my warning light showing a door is open is on. So next stop I made, I opened and closed all the doors and the light is still on.

The only thing I can think of is that my relay for my horn went out causing the horn to go off, so the cops broke into my truck and in doing so messed up the sensor on one of my doors and locked up my head unit by cutting the power to my truck.

If anyone knows how I can get my head unit unlocked please let me know.

To be or not to be? That is the Question. Or is it, To reef or not to reef?
