    Talking Hydor

I got a few Koralia 4's and managed to break the screen and the mounting stem of the magnet holder on the same unit. I figured I'd just order the parts since the users manual had a listed part number for both items. After searching the web for a bit, I found no one that sold Hydor Koralia parts. Then I tried to find the Hydor homepage online...without much success. Finally, I found Hydors Italian homepage, managed to find the "contact Us" link(which was in Italian) and sent an email requesting the parts with associated prices for purchase...I even indicated that the parts broke because of user error.

The very next morning, a US rep emails me back saying not to worry about the cost of the parts...just give him my address and he'll ship me the parts ASAP...no questions asked. I just got them in yesterday and couldn't be happier.

Now that's what I call customer service. Hi five to Hydor!

Tony, did you contact their customer service? If not, I would definately give them the chance to take care of you.
