Got it set up and running. Snails are already laying eggs on my glass as well as many pods that started from transferring rock from my nano tank. I went with some peoples advice on the lights and compromised a bit so I could still go with an open top. I got the Outer Orbit fixture with 2x250w 10k bulbs, 4x54w T5 actinic's, 2 fans built in, and got free mounting legs and 2 free timers. There is about 95 lbs of live rock in the tank with about 20 lbs in the sump. 2 Koralia #3 powerheads. I used 80lbs of the Samoan Pink sand (may have to get one more bag) and will take all the MAASTARDS advice and go with a Euroreef RS100 that I will probably get this weekend. Already have some fish in the tank to include a small hippo tang, yellow tang, yellow eye kole tang, and a 6line. Tangs are all buddies and swim together most of the time. I will be ordering a 3-4 Magnificent Foxface shortly as well. I have a few corals to that I will be starting to acclimate tonight from the nano. They are 5-6 Zoo rocks and frags, 7 ricordia's orange, greens, and blues, candy cane coral, a true blue mushroom rock and couple red mushrooms that still need to be attached.
BTW, I would like to thank Sean for trying to set up my rock. I would also like to thank Ismael for actually SETTING up my rock!
