How does you feed multiple times a day?

How do you keep the Nori on the clip?
I leave for work in the morning around 7:00 am. I don't get home until after 4:30 pm at the very earliest. Usually, it's more like 5:30-6:00 pm. So, I feed my fish when I get home. But, I also like to feed later on in the evening, like 9:00 - 9:15, before the lights go off at 9:30. I've heard that some people feed 3-4 times per day. How do they do it with the busy schedules we have to keep now days?
Also, I try to give some Nori at least once a day for my 2 yellow tangs and one Kole. (Sometimes my female GSM will get in on it, too.) But, it seems like they tear into it so fast and furious that it comes off the clip in big pieces. They, it ends up at the edge of the overflow. (It can't go down because of the leaf-guard on top the overflow, though.) So what's the best way to secure it in the clip so that this does not happen? I've tried all kinds of ways of folding it 7 such. It seems like long folds that run more than the length of the clip and extend from the edge of the clip about an inch or so works best. But, still, that doesn't work all the time. Any suggestions here.
I've been thinking about getting an automatic feeder to feed flakes, but I don't know how well they work, etc. Anyone have any experience with these?
