Is this growth on my new rock okay? -pic-

This rock came out of a 6yr old established setup. After talking to misty yesterday she suggested I try to get a photo of it and put it here for you experts.

Its a green "seaweed" type stuff. Its relatively hard to see in great detail here, but I thought maybe you guys would be able to identify it immediately.

In addition to the green "seaweed" type stuff there are also "relatively long strands of plant like matter" which are nearly impossible to make out in this pic, although you can see one of them curving around the rock above and to the left of the mushroom.

Sorry for my descriptive inabilities. I was hoping all is good, but if not I would rather know now so I can start taking measures to get rid of this stuff.

Hard to really tell but it looks like caulerpa.

At the very top, offset from center, it looks like hair algae..
I know it's not plantlike, but those long strands remind me of spaghetti worms
