I use spirulina 20 and have had success with all my tanks.

Nori = sushi wraps from a Asian market is very inexpensive.

However, Nori is not a balanced diet. A good diet consists of a varied diet. Macro from a fuge is a quality food, as it contains plankton in an unprocessed state. I feed Nori every day and add a cube of a different frozen food every evening.

    Formula one and two
    Spirulina brine
    Mysis Shrimp
    Cyclops

Cool, I picked up some formula two last night, and some spirulina. I do feed mysis daily! My clown tang (which is the smallest) even ate some of my feeder shrimp for my goblin. I was pretty suprised!

Buy the cheap stuff. It's all in the quality of how it looks.
