    I just recently got with Dish Network and you run 2 tv's with 1 HD DVR/receiver. The tv that I have in the living room is connected with an HDMI cable and the tv in the master bedroom is connected only with regular coax cable. I can watch the HD channels in the bedroom, but I don't really think it is in HD.

    With DirecTV we have an HD box and tv in both the living room and bedroom. If you only have one HD box then you can only watch HD in whatever room you have it set up in. Not in both.
