Thanks for all the suggestions and advice. I greatly appreciate the time everyone takes in helping noobs out.

I ended up buying reefcrazy's Ice Cap ballast w/ end caps and acrylic mounting brackets. It has 4 VHO bulbs at 110watts each bulb.

I just finished mounting it in my canopy and I'm very happy with it.
