Return Pump/ Powerhead/ Sand

I need a return pump that will push about 400 - 500 gph for my sump. As well as an extra powerhead that I could use to mix up salt water. And lastly any sort of marine sand you may have. Im not picky. If anyone has something along these lines Id appreciate it.
