Euroreef Mod Sedra 5000 making noise.

I recently acquired a Euroreef RS135 that needed a new cover plate for the Sedra 5000. I got one in and everything seemed fine for about 2 weeks. Now the thing makes this huge grinding noise. When I opened it I found that the pin/needle wheel had come loose from the impeller. I plan to glue it back on tonight but figured I'd ask for comments here. The original impeller has been ground into a hex stock and the pinwheel is matched to it. There is a little slop but not a lot.

I don't think it's supposed to glue in; I'm trying to remember if I've ever taken the needlewheel off the magnet on mine. I'm not sure what you would use for glue, maybe some sort of epoxy. You might need a new impeller. It shouldn't be that expensive, try premium aquatics.
